Cambridge, Mass., July 25, 2011 — Implementing lean management principles in manufacturing, distribution, and supply chains are major tracks in a series of lean workshops scheduled by the Lean Enterprise Institute for Minneapolis, MN, Sept. 13-15, 2011.
The curriculum also addresses lean manufacturing’s key concepts, value-stream mapping for manufacturing and office environments, and how to implement lean concepts in service environments. The curriculum is:
