A comprehensive winter-spring roster of workshops at the Cambridge, MA-based Lean Enterprise Institute (LEI) will show executives, managers, and continuous improvement professionals how to implement and sustain lean management systems, behaviors, and company cultures. The training sessions include a new workshop on how to manage kaizen events.
The 10 sessions, running from February through June 2014, address fundamental and advanced lean concepts, including key concepts, visual management, leadership, problem solving, kaizen, strategy, culture change, and lean accounting. The schedule is:

•Transformational Leadership: An Experiential Program for Lean Leaders, May 7-9.
•Sustainable Lean Culture: Connecting the “Product” and the “People” Value Streams, May 20-21.
•Lean Accounting, May 22.
•Getting the Right Things Done, June 25-26 (see video).
Lean Enterprise Institute workshops are designed to teach actual applications, not just concepts, in plain language with the case studies, worksheets, formulas, and methodologies that managers and continuous improvement professionals need to implement lean principals.
