A curriculum of 11 lean management workshops set for June 17-20, 2014, in Seattle will help managers develop the new leadership skills needed in a company culture based on lean continuous improvement, the Lean Enterprise Institute announced today.
The curriculum, designed for continuous improvement professionals, line managers, change agents, and function heads, covers fundamental as well as more advanced lean management skills and concepts.
The workshops will run from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Seattle Airport Marriott, 3201 South 176th Street, Seattle, WA. The schedule is:

Tuition ranges from $800 to $1,600 and includes all workshop materials, breakfast, lunch, and snacks each day.
