Cormac has worked with LEI since 2018, first as a client and then as an LEI coach, helping clients in the healthcare, construction, and plastics industries.
Previously, Cormac served as an engineer, lean leader, and coach for over 20 years in such industries as:
- Healthcare – Seattle Cancer Care Alliance
- Service Parts and Logistics – Terex Corp.
- Heavy Industrial Manufacturing – Genie Industries
- Electronics Manufacturing – Fluke Corporation
- Non-Profit – Schools Out Washington
Cormac has designed and implemented production systems, conducted facility integration projects, led and engaged team members in frontline improvement efforts, managed support teams, coached leaders in performance improvement, and guided strategic/annual planning. He has also developed and run capability-building programs for leadership.
Cormac lives in the Pacific Northwest, where, for the last 30 years, he has called Seattle, Washington, home. He enjoys farmer’s markets and drizzly rain and volunteers in his spare time. He gained his formal education in Eastern Washington, studying mechanical engineering.
