Rachel Reuter

With nearly 40 years of experience working at Toyota, Rachel has cultivated extensive expertise across a wide range of disciplines. Beginning in a staff-level role, Rachel advanced through management and eventually into an executive position. This tenure provided opportunities to gain experience in project management, production, quality, supplier development, data management, human resources, accounting, facility management, and shared services.

Rachel holds a bachelor of arts in computer science, a master of science in manufacturing management, and a doctor of education in organizational change and leadership, earned in 2023.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family. A guiding principle that underscores her career is, “You determine the future.”
